Reductions from the price list up to 4 or 6 persons

In highest season our bookings go from Saturday to Saturday and concern the whole apartments only. In low, medium and high season we accept bookings even if it concern periods lower than 7 nights and apply reductions from list price of Molino and Capanna: 25% up to 6 persons (3 bedrooms) and 35% up to 4 persons (2 bedrooms).

PRICES FOR BOOKINGS OF ONE NIGHT PER ROOM: we always have offers for longer stay in room.
Except for the highest period, it’s possible to rent rooms with private bath, only bed and all inclusive:
Low season: double/twins € 60; triple room € 75; singol room € 40.
Mid season: double/twins € 65; triple room € 80; singol room € 45.
High season: double/twins € 70; triple room € 85; singol room € 45.
For Highest season, if, at the moment, there is the availability, the price is the same of high season.

Agriturismo Casale il Picchio

BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY

Compensation for Casale il Picchio in case of cancellation of a booking by the customer: IN MID, HIGH AND HIGHEST SEASON: - up to 30 days before arrival: the deposit amount; - from 30 to 15 days before: 60% of the fee (in this case will be reimbursed 40%); - 15 days before: the entire amount of the reservation; in any case, these shares will be withheld only if we can not re-rent the house (and if we can, just for the price difference) and the deposit amount can be used as a deposit for a next stay in low or middle season. IN LOW SEASON will be retained only the amount of the deposit and will be held as a deposit for a next stay of low or mid season.
